Meet the team

People making room for every kind of joy.

Unmask the Arts is built around a simple idea: the performing arts become more powerful when everyone can show up exactly as they are. The most important members of our team are the performers and audience members who show up and bring UA to life.

Shared principles

How we show up

01

Authenticity first

We celebrate stimming, sensory aids, noise, and the freedom to participate without masking.

02

Access is creative

We treat accessibility as part of the experience, not an afterthought.

03

Community-led

We listen closely to the people and families our work is meant to welcome.
