Emma Kent (she/her) graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Dance. She is a company dancer at Wellspring in her second season. Emma is a Behavioral Technician at Entiva Behavioral Health with three years of experience. Prior to becoming a BT, Emma interned with Artists Creating Together and assisted in accessible art classes.
KHKayla Hatten
Vice President
Kayla Hatten (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and is pursuing her Masters. While pursuing her degree, she served as a Case Manager with a refugee resettlement agency, gaining early experience supporting diverse and underserved populations. Currently, Kayla works as a Support Coordinator with Spectrum Community Services, where she provides case management services to children with disabilities. She is committed to creating equitable access to resources and opportunities for all members of the community, with a particular focus on advocacy, inclusion, and empowerment.
CJCameron Jones
Treasurer & Grant Writer
Cameron Jones (he/him) has been on our team since the beginning. Jones has privately worked on our Non Profit as a volunteer. Recently, Jones has stepped into a new role to help UA gain funding and expand our reach.
SMSam Miller
Artist and Designer
Sam Miller (she/her) graduated from Grand Valley State University
with a doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is currently working as a physical therapist at Hulst Jepsen striving to promote movement and physical wellbeing in patients of all ages. She has had experiences working with children and adults with developmental disabilities in both the physical therapy and recreational settings. Sam has a passion for arts and has completed a variety of commissioned portraits, signage, and murals.
